Refund policy

Damaged or faulty books
If your book(s) arrive damaged or faulty please let us know and we can refund you or send a replacement. Please contact us at sales@grbooks.com and let us know what the problem is, including photos of the book and your web order number (from the email receipt).

Please do not return any damaged or faulty books unless we have asked you to.

Once your email and photos have been received, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Returns
If you change your mind within 14 days of purchase you can legally return the books and receive a refund. Please email us at sales@grbooks.com to let us know the reason for return and we will provide you with an address to send the items to.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
